This role focuses on strengthening our technical capabilities by streamlining processes and advancing technology maturity, with a particular emphasis on building a stable, high-performing, and resilient technology platform that enables digital supply chain innovation. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation, sharp analytical skills, and a passion for digital product management.Platform Product ManagementAbility to define and execute a platform vision and roadmap that enables multiple products and teamsSkilled at balancing innovation delivery, platform stability, and technical debt managementExperience treating internal teams as customers, with a focus on developer experience, self-service capabilities, and adoptionOperational Excellence & ReliabilityWorking knowledge of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, including monitoring, incident management, and uptime managementExperience in establishing and tracking platform health metrics, SLAs, and performance indicatorsStrong problem-solving skills with experience leading root-cause analysis and continuous improvement effortsData, Metrics & AnalyticsData-driven approach to decision-making using telemetry, usage data, and platform performance metricsAbility to define KPIs that measure platform maturity, adoption, reliability, and value realizationComfort working with data, logs, and observability tools to assess platform healthCross‑Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementStrong communication skills with the ability to influence engineering, operations, security, and business stakeholdersExperience managing competing priorities across multiple teams and initiativesAbility to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiencesProcess, Governance & StandardsExperience establishing platform standards, reusable patterns, and guardrails that promote consistency without slowing innovationContinuous improvement mindset focused on operational efficiency and scaleTechnology Lifecycle & Maturity ManagementExperience managing platform lifecycle, including versioning, deprecation, backward compatibility, and modernizationChange Management & EnablementExperience driving platform adoption through clear communication, documentation, and enablementAbility to lead change initiatives across teams and help users transition to new capabilitiesCustomer-centric mindset focused on trust, reliability, and ease of useExperiences & Ways of Working:Experience in digital process design – Technical process & business process.Critical thinkers who can effectively balance the needs of stakeholders and users. Facilitates uptake of products by developing content, supporting and evaluating campaigns, and monitoring product performance. Rolls out product trials and product launches.Defines and manages scoping, requirements definition and prioritization activities for changes. Provides constructive challenge to stakeholders as required. Reviews requirements for errors and omissions. Prioritizes requirements and documents traceability to source. Provides input to the requirements baseline. Investigates, manages and applies authorized requests for changes to base-line requirements.Stakeholder Relationships: Deals with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and the collection and dissemination of relevant information. Implements stakeholder engagement/communications plan. Collects and uses feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure the effectiveness of stakeholder management.
