Job DescriptionThe Warehouse Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. This role ensures timely delivery, proper documentation, and effective collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling deliveries and pickupsMonitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in warehouse management systems (WMS)Track shipments and resolve any delays, discrepancies, or damagesPrepare shipping and receiving documentation (e.g., bills of lading, packing lists)Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operationsSupport inventory control processes, including cycle counts and auditsEnsure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and shipping requirementsAssist in optimizing warehouse layout and logistics processes for improved efficiencyInvestigate and resolve inventory and shipping discrepanciesMaintain organized warehouse records and reporting systemsQualificationsRequired Education: High school diploma required. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits.
