We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.负责GMARS系统中MRO备件全流程管理（备件主数据维护，PR申请、订单跟进、到货跟踪、入库、发放、实物管理，付款申请等）Manage end-to-end spare parts (MRO) processes in GMARS, including maintaining the master data, PR creation, PO tracking, delivery tracking, receiving, storage, and distribution and physical parts management， and payment etc.负责备件库存及库房管理，确保分类清晰、账实一致及良好的5SOversee spare parts inventory and storeroom management, ensuring accuracy, 5S, and proper material control维护和更新GMARS系统数据，确保数据准确性和可追溯性Maintain and update GMARS master data, ensuring data integrity and traceability开展库存控制（盘点、差异分析、安全库存管理），保障备件稳定及时供应Perform inventory control, including cycle counting, variance analysis, and safety stock management to provide reliably spare parts supply管理呆滞及低周转备件，持续优化库存结构Manage obsolete and slow-moving spare parts to optimize inventory efficiency作为GMARS MRO领域专家（SME），提供业务支持与系统指导Act as GMARS MRO Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide business support and system guidance维护备件管理规程，参与和配合质量审计和财务盘点Maintain spare parts management procedures and participate in quality audits and financial inventory check.协同采购部门对备件供应商进行梳理与整合，推动框架协议的建立与签署，提升采购效率。Collaborate with procurement to streamline spare parts suppliers and drive master service agreements(MSA) to improve procurement efficiency.负责中心维护团队其他同事创建采购需求（PR）创建Create purchase request for the central maintenance team遵守GMP及HSE相关要求Ensure compliance with GMP and HSE requirements完成上级安排的其他工作Complete other tasks assigned by supervisorLilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
