We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.Position SummaryThe MBA Intern will support the Corporate Affairs (CA) Policy & Strategy team in Beijing, contributing to key initiatives related to healthcare system innovation, with a focus on Alzheimer’s Disease (AD).This role will support the design and implementation of pilot projects, including the application of innovative screening technologies, and provide analytical support for policy and strategy development.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Development & ExecutionSupport the design and development of AD-related pilot projects, including framework, implementation approach, and key deliverablesPrepare project materials (e.g., concept notes, presentations, briefing documents)Track project progress and support coordination for timely executionResearch & AnalysisConduct research on disease management models and innovative screening technologiesAnalyze data and synthesize insights to support project design and strategic discussionsBenchmark relevant domestic and international practicesPolicy & InsightsMonitor and summarize relevant healthcare policies at national and municipal levelsAnalyze policy implications for project development and implementationStakeholder & Cross-functional SupportMap key stakeholders (e.g., government, hospitals, academic partners)Support preparation for external engagementsCollaborate with internal teams (Medical, Market Access, Commercial)QualificationsCurrently pursuing an MBAStrong interest in healthcare, public policy, or life sciencesPrior experience in consulting, healthcare, policy, or strategy preferredStrong analytical and structured thinking skillsExcellent communication skills in both English and ChineseProactive and able to manage multiple tasksLilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
