These solutions:Provide rich content, selection tools, collaboration tools, and scientific apps that allow our customers to focus on innovation and the complexities of their science.Build a connected world for our customers where discoveries happen thoughtfully, and every device/product is connected, self-aware, and self-healing, thereby enabling efficient workflows and collaborative science.We apply industry-standard methodologies to the design, development, and deployment of outstanding software products built to demonstrate the power and scalability of the cloud. Responsibilities:Own and manage the product backlog, translating high-level requirements into clear user stories with defined acceptance criteriaPrioritize backlog items based on customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility while ensuring alignment with the product roadmapCollaborate with stakeholders to define clear, testable requirements and act as the voice of the customer within development teamsServe as Product Owner in Agile/Scrum teams, leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and acceptance of completed workProvide ongoing guidance and decision-making support to ensure features meet quality standards and customer expectationsWork cross-functionally with R&D, QA, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure seamless product development and deliveryIncorporate customer feedback and workflow understanding to drive usability improvements and feature enhancementsEnsure timely, high-quality releases by supporting validation, documentation, and readiness activities Candidate Requirement:Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Life Sciences or related field Mandatory Skills, Knowledge:10+ years of experience in Application Support, product development, product ownership or relevant fields.Experience working with complex systems (hardware + software integration preferred)Experience with life sciences instruments (sample prep, plate readers etc.)Ability to translate customer needs into detailed technical requirementsPrior experience working with global, cross-functional teams Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
