This role will focus on identifying high-impact use cases, defining product strategy, and delivering scalable AI and automation solutions aligned with business objectives.Experience Required10+ years of overall professional experience5+ years of experience as an AI & Automation Product Owner or similar role1+ years of experience in AI/ML implementations1+ years of experience in automation implementationsKey ResponsibilitiesDefine and own product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI and automation initiativesCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value AI and automation use casesLead requirement discussions independently and translate business needs into actionable product requirementsDevelop and present project proposals, business cases, and value realization (ROI) to stakeholders and executivesDrive end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and automation solutions from ideation to deploymentManage product backlog, user stories, and prioritization using Agile/Scrum methodologiesLead sprint planning, execution, and delivery with cross-functional teamsEnsure delivery of scalable, high-quality AI and automation solutionsIdentify opportunities for process optimization and automation across business functionsDefine KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and business impactAct as a bridge between business, data/AI teams, and engineering teamsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong expertise in AI/ML and automation domainsExcellent knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies with hands-on backlog management experienceStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to articulate business value and ROI of AI/automation initiativesHands-on experience with:SQLData visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsGood to have domain knowledge in LIMS, Manufacturing/Operations, and Quality domain AI use casesKnowledge of cloud-native architecture and infrastructure (AWS, Azure)Understanding of data platform engineering (Databricks Lakehouse, cloud storage such as S3, and data pipelines)Experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and Power AutomateExposure to IoT and digital twin technologiesBasic programming knowledge in Python or RRelevant professional certifications (e.g., PO/PM, CSPO, SAFe) are a plusDomain certifications relevant to business functionsKnowledge of GxP processes and regulated environmentsKey CompetenciesStrategic thinking and product mindsetStrong business and technical acumenData-driven decision makingAbility to work independently and manage complex initiativesStrong collaboration across cross-functional teamsEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fieldWhy Join UsOpportunity to drive AI and automation transformationWork on impactful, enterprise-scale initiativesCollaborative and innovation-driven environmentStrong career growth opportunities
