You lead with big ideas and execute them end-to-end - spanning content, production, and programming - grounded in data and performance.WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONDefine and lead seasonal digital marketing strategies for Jordan Streetwear, from brief through executionSet digital priorities and guardrails across the ecosystem (ie Paid, Owned, Earned, Social, SNKRS, Energy) to drive consistent, high-impact storytellingTranslate consumer insights into clear creative briefs that unlock innovative, culturally relevant workDrive end-to-end digital journeys, including channel orchestration, run of shows, and performance optimizationLead social and creator strategies, ensuring authentic storytelling that moves at the pace of culturePartner closely with Brand, Business, and Marketplace teams to align against consumer, product, and commercial prioritiesIndependently manage timelines, deliverables, and execution with rigor across multiple workstreams, with continued optimizationChampion measurement—leveraging data, testing, and learnings to continuously improve outcomesWHO YOU WILL WORK WITHYou will be part of the larger North America Marketing team at Jordan and reporting into the Director, North America Jordan Brand, Digital Marketing. You will partner with:Global, GEO & City Marketing TeamsCommunications TeamsBrand Creative StudiosMarketplace Partner TeamsSNKRS and Digital Product/Content TeamsIntegrated MediaStreetwear Business LeadershipExternal Partners (Creators, Agencies, Platforms)WHAT YOU BRING6+ years of experience in digital, social, or product marketing, spanning strategy through execution. A background in mobile apps and/or e-commerce highly preferred.Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional campaigns and programs; ability to translate insights into actionable plans and initiatives; switching from strategic thinking to hands-on approach depending on business needs.Deep understanding of sneaker culture, streetwear, and youth culture dynamicsStrong analytical mindset, with experience in performance metrics, A/B testing, and optimizationAbility to synthesize complexity into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholdersExperience managing agencies and external partnersStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh proficiency in building presentations (eg Keynote, FIGMA), storytelling (brand recaps) and copywritingExperience with on-the-ground activationsWillingness to travel (~20%)We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed.
