Supervisor Engineering

Job DescriptionLead and deliver engineering projects that improve site conditions or meet business needs. Manage projects end-to-end (plan, execute, monitor, close) using FEL governance, project management tools, and KHMS. Focus on large CAPEX projects (typically > USD 1M), including reporting and defining asset useful life.Key ResponsibilitiesManage CAPEX projects (70%): scope, schedule, cost, milestones.Project reporting (10%): schedules, dashboards, and presentations for large projects/control systems.RFQs & purchasing coordination (10%): support sourcing and purchasing plans for execution.EHS & FSQ compliance (10%): ensure safety and food-quality requirements using BOS/KHMS.Compliance (Quality / EHS)Follow quality standards and KHMS/FSQ programs; follow site policies (e.g., QRMP/GOP, hygiene/cleaning). Report any incident/accident that could impact safety or product quality.
