This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role focused on managing and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts within the Tink Payments & Platform business.You will be responsible for the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline development through negotiation, close, and ongoing account growth — with a particular focus on Pay by Bank, Variable Recurring Payments (VRP), and Data products.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation:Own and deliver against an annual sales quota of $1M–$2M+Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle for new logo and existing accountsBuild and maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and partnership with marketing/SDR teamsLead complex commercial negotiations involving multi-stakeholder buying committeesAccount Management & Growth:Develop deep, trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers at banks, fintechs, merchants, and PSPsIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the Tink product suitePartner with Solution Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutionsStrategic Market Development:Represent Tink at industry events, conferences, and client forums in the UK&I marketProvide market intelligence and competitive insights to Product and Marketing teamsContribute to go-to-market strategy for new Tink product launches in the regionCross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Visa's wider UK&I sales teams to identify joint opportunitiesPartner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to navigate complex deal structuresMaintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data in Salesforce / Visa CRM systemsThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.QualificationsExperience:B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years selling complex SaaS, payments, or fintech solutionsProven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotasDemonstrated experience selling into banks, fintechs, merchants, or PSPs in the UK&I marketExperience managing complex, consultative sales cycles (6–12+ months) with multiple stakeholdersDomain Expertise:Strong understanding of Open Banking, Account-to-Account (A2A) payments, Pay by Bank, or Variable Recurring Payments (VRP)Familiarity with the UK regulatory landscape (FCA, PSD2, Open Banking Implementation Entity)Knowledge of the broader payments ecosystem — card schemes, acquirers, PSPs, and alternative payment methodsSkills & Competencies:Exceptional consultative selling and discovery skillsStrong commercial acumen — able to structure complex multi-year dealsExcellent communication and executive presence — comfortable presenting to C-level audiencesHighly self-motivated, with a hunter mindset balanced with strong account management disciplineProficient in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales productivity toolsPreferred Qualifications:Existing network of senior contacts within UK&I banks, fintechs, or merchant ecosystemExperience selling APIs / platform-based products to technical buyers.Previous experience working in a matrixed, global organisationVisa is an EEO EmployerQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
