Who we are looking forWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a solid foundation in custody operations and a proven ability to support BAU tasks independently. Fluency in Italian and English is required, along with experience in process documentation and escalation handling. This role operates in a hybrid working model, with a minimum of three days per week required in the officeWhat you will be responsible forAs an Associate 2, you will:Independently manage daily BAU tasks and ensure timely execution.Identify and escalate operational issues to appropriate Manager.Contribute to SOP and job aid creation and updates.Assist in reporting and analytics preparation for internal stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational improvements.What we valueFluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).Proven ability to manage BAU tasks and escalate issues appropriately.Experience in drafting SOPs and job aids.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Education & Preferred Qualifications2–3 years of experience in financial services or custody operations.Prior experience in documentation and operational support.Note: The role requires a minimum of three days per week working form the officeMinimum Salary:zł68,004 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
