Collateral management focus is to reduce credit risk by exchanging eligible cash or securities between counterparties. You will help us build resilience and execute day-to-day deliverables at our best.Join us if making your mark in the financial services industry from day one is a challenge you are up for.What you will be responsible for:As Senior Product Administrator Specialist you will be responsible to:Complete/ Review client reporting ensuring accuracy and timelinessAnswer margin calls and queries from different departmentsReconcile collateral balances, investigate and solve discrepanciesReview and document process flows/procedures and contribute new ideas/procedures to further streamline the operational processInvolve in departmental ad-hoc projectsInvolve in the training and development of other team membersPrepare monthly internal and external statisticsBeing a point of contact for any routine/escalation queries raised by internal departmentsSupport for team leader; prepare and plan workload.What we valueThese skills will help you succeed in this role:Numeracy skills; attention to detailsAccuracy and ability to work with tight deadlinesVery good knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook; Power Point and Word will be an advantageUnderstanding of financial markets basicsGood command of English; effective communicationAbility to collaborate and teamwork; organizational skillsExperience in finance or other related areaKnowledge of OTC markets/ derivatives instruments or VBA would be an advantageEducation & Preferred QualificationsGraduates from economics, financeExperience in a commercial environment such as banking, custody, insuranceMS Office package with focus on Outlook and ExcelGerman would be an advantage but is not a mustNote: The role requires a minimum of three days per week working from the office.Minimum Salary:zł68,004 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
