You’ll manage the full audit process—from planning to final report delivery—while ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.You’ll work closely with business teams, external auditors, and internal controls groups to assess risks, improve processes, and strengthen the company’s control environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead SOC AuditsManage SOC 1 & SOC 2 audit engagements end-to-endReview control testing and identify issuesEnsure high-quality, accurate audit reportsServe as the subject matter expert (SME) for SOC reportingAssess Risk & Improve ControlsIdentify key risks and evaluate internal controlsAnalyze control gaps and recommend improvementsPartner with teams to implement fixesManage & Develop TeamCoach, mentor, and support audit team membersDelegate work and help grow team capabilitiesCommunicate with StakeholdersCollaborate with internal teams and external auditorsClearly explain risks, findings, and recommendationsRepresent the SOC team in meetingsManage ProjectsRun multiple audits at once and meet deadlinesPlan timelines, resources, and deliverablesImprove audit processes and toolsDrive InnovationIntroduce new tools and automationStay current on audit standards, IT controls, and regulationsWhat You BringRequired5+ years in IT audit, risk, or controlsAbility to travel up to 10%PreferredExperience managing audits or projectsCertifications (CISA, CPA, CISM, CRISC, CIA) or working toward oneKnowledge of IT controls, cybersecurity, cloud, and systemsFamiliarity with SOC audits and frameworks (NIST, ISO, COBIT, etc.)Strong communication, analytical, and project management skillsEducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  Our people fuel our future.
