We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to help Webflow scale our go-to-market systems with care, precision, and craft. In this role, you'll keep our Salesforce and CPQ environment healthy, supported, and ready to grow as our business does. You'll partner closely with our stakeholders and the broader Enterprise Technology team to translate business needs into clean, durable solutions. This role blends day-to-day admin excellence with the kind of thoughtful problem-solving that makes our systems easier to use, easier to trust, and easier to extend. You'll be the steady hand keeping the platform reliable while also identifying smarter ways to deliver. You'll join a team of five: a mix of architects, developers and admins who support Webflow's GTM systems end to end. Everyone contributes across the stack, and we operate as a community of practice: sharing patterns, reviewing each other's work, and growing the craft together. About the role: Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada) Full-time Permanent Exempt The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. Zone A: $125,000 - $150,000 Zone B: $118,000 - $142,000 Zone C: $110,000 - $132,000 United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States) This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals. Application Information: Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled This posting is for an existing vacancy Reporting to the Senior Manager, GTM Technology As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you'll: Own day-to-day administration of our Salesforce org, including user management, permissions, profiles, roles, and security Use AI to accelerate admin work, from drafting documentation and validation rule logic to triaging requests and identifying automation opportunities Build and maintain declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, approval processes, dynamic forms) Administer Salesforce CPQ: product catalog, price books, bundles, discount schedules, and approval workflows Triage and resolve incoming Salesforce requests with clear communication and quick follow-through Own projects end to end, from gathering requirements with stakeholders through design, build, testing, documentation, and rollout Manage release cycles including sandbox refreshes, deployments, and change set hygiene, working within our CI/CD pipeline to ship changes safely and predictably Partner with developers and architects on data integrity, integration health, and technical debt cleanup Document configurations, processes, and decisions so the team can scale without losing context Support our GTM teams with training, enablement, and clear answers when things break Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retros, and demos, and contribute to a healthy, predictable delivery rhythm Serve as scrum master as part of the team's regular rotation, facilitating ceremonies, unblocking the team, and keeping work moving sprint over sprint. About you: Requirements: 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a SaaS environment Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) required; Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) preferred Salesforce CPQ, Platform Admin, or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications are a plus Hands-on CPQ experience required, including configuration, troubleshooting, and quote-to-cash workflows Strong working knowledge of declarative tools (Flow, validation rules, approval processes) Experience supporting Sales, RevOps, or other GTM teams Track record of clear documentation and stakeholder communication Working experience in an agile/scrum environment, with comfort participating in sprint ceremonies and managing work through a ticketing system (Jira, Asana, or similar) You'll thrive as a Senior Salesforce Administrator if you: Take pride in clean, well-documented, scalable configurations Communicate openly and follow through reliably, especially when things break Bring curiosity to user problems and patience to user training and enablement Balance speed with quality, and know when to slow down for craft Actively use AI to amplify your impact, and stay current on emerging capabilities across Salesforce and adjacent tools Enjoy partnering with developers, architects, and stakeholders as part of a tight-knit team Take ownership of the full lifecycle of your work, from first conversation to final rollout Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work,
