This is your chance to create a meaningful impact and deliver world-class outcomes!ResponsibilitiesIn the position of Global Facilities North Asia Program Manager, your responsibilities will include:Developing and implementing global facilities strategies that align with Micron's ambitious goalsLeading cross-functional teams to successfully implement facilities projects and initiativesEnsuring all facilities operations meet strict standards for safety, efficiency, and sustainabilityEnsuring all construction projects meet schedule, cost and quality requirements with the design meeting Global Standard at the required levelAdministering budgets and resources to improve the performance of our global facilitiesCollaborating with collaborators to determine facility requirements and solutionsMonitoring and reporting on the progress of facilities projects to ensure timely completionIdentifying and mitigating risks associated with facilities operationsEncouraging steady progress and fresh ideas in facilities management techniquesEnsuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standardsRequirementsTo be eligible for the Global Facilities Program Manager role, you must have:Demonstrated background in facilities management or an associated areaOutstanding leadership and project management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectivelyExperience with budget management and prioritisationKnowledge of safety, sustainability, and regulatory compliance in facilities operationsA degree or equivalent experience in facilities management, engineering, or a related field is preferredAbout Micron Technology, Inc.We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
