ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and business priorities—delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and company standards.Project ManagementPurposeTo deliver Facilities and projects safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and Micron standards.Project Planning & InitiationDefine and validate project scope, objectives, and success criteriaDevelop Project Execution Plan (PEP), schedule, and milestone planIdentify risks, constraints, and mitigation strategiesProject Execution & CoordinationManage end-to-end project lifecycle (design → construction → commissioning → handover)Coordinate across:Facilities EngineeringManufacturing / OperationsEHS / ComplianceVendors, consultants, contractorsAct as single point of contact for project stakeholdersSchedule & Progress ControlTrack progress against baseline scheduleIdentify delays and drive recovery plansConduct regular project review meetings and reportingConstruction & Site ManagementOversee site execution in live production environmentEnsure:Safe work executionNo disruption to productionProper coordination with tool installs and facilitation plansQuality, Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with:Micron standardsLocal authority (e.g., SCDF, PUB, NEA)EHS and cleanroom requirementsProject CloseoutManage testing, commissioning, and handoverEnsure documentation completeness (as-built, O&M manuals)Transition ownership to operationsCapex ManagementPurposeTo ensure effective planning, tracking, and optimization of capital requirements:ElectricalMechanical (CDA, vacuum, gas, water)Controls & monitoring systemsEnsure infrastructure readiness before tool move-inExecution ManagementManage end-to-end hook-up work:Site coordinationContractor executionSequencing installation with tool suppliersEnsure alignment with:Cleanroom constraintsProduction scheduleCost & Efficiency OptimizationDrive hook-up cost reduction initiatives, e.g.:Standardization of designReuse of materialsSimplification of installationWork with procurement on pricing optimizationQuality & ComplianceEnsure installation meets:Tool requirementsCleanroom class and contamination controlSafety and regulatory standardsTesting, Commissioning & HandoverSupport:Tool energizationUtility verificationSystem integration testingEnsure smooth ramp-up with manufacturingAI & Digital Transformation ScopeMaintain awareness and working knowledge of relevant AI tools and digital technologies applicable to project management, CAPEX management, and facilities operations.Support the integration of AI and digital solutions into daily work processes, including project tracking, reporting, and analysis.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities where AI or automation can enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support AI-driven initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.Utilize data and digital tools to enhance decision-making, problem-solving, and performance monitoring.Participate in AI upskilling programs and contribute to building a culture that embraces digital innovation and continuous learning.Requirements:Education & ExperienceDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related discipline)Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:Facilities / construction project managementSemiconductor or cleanroom environment (preferred)Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary projects and teamsOperational & Compliance KnowledgeUnderstanding of:EHS requirementsLocal regulatory and authority complianceCleanroom / manufacturing environment constraintsDigital & AI Awareness (General Requirement)Basic awareness and willingness to adopt AI and digital tools to improve:Project trackingCost monitoringReporting and decision-makingAbility to work in a data-driven environment and support digital transformation initiativesOpenness to continuous learning and adoption of new technologiesKey Behavioral
