This role focuses on strong execution, data tracking, and collaboration across teams.Key Responsibilities1. Performance Monitoring & SupportSupport the development and maintenance of frameworks to monitor engineering performance to planTrack and report actual performance against targets and forecastsAssist in identifying performance gaps and supporting corrective actions2. Cycletime / Cost / Quality ImprovementSupport initiatives to improve test cycletime, cost efficiency, and product qualityCollect and analyze data related to key performance driversParticipate in improvement projects led by senior engineersAssist in implementation and follow-up tracking of improvement actions3. Test Process & Continuous ImprovementMaintain working knowledge of Test processes, equipment, and systemsSupport execution of continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivityPerform basic analysis on test efficiency and productivity dataAssist in documenting and standardizing best practices4. Production & Qualification SupportSupport product test proliferation and production readiness activitiesAssist in validating production readiness and test setupSupport execution of qualification and validation runs5. Excursion & Quality SupportAssist in excursion management and containment activitiesSupport deviation material handling and disposition executionHelp verify system setup for test disposition flows6.
