Product Manager, Industrial Solutions

**Overview:** Sulzer is a leading engineering company seeking a Product Manager to shape the future of Industrial Water Treatment. As a Product Manager, you will own the adaptation and launch of existing products into locally relevant, solution-oriented offerings, defining the regional product strategy and building a focused roadmap, business case, and KPIs. **Responsibilities:** * Define regional product strategy, working closely with local teams to understand customer needs, competition, pricing, and regulations * Build a focused roadmap, business case, and KPIs, adjusting courses where needed * Lead solution launches, shape value propositions and pricing, and enable sales teams through training, tools, and hands-on support * Act as a product application expert, working closely with customers and internal specialists, supporting pilots and early deployments, and turning feedback into continuous product improvements * Collaborate with global and regional teams to lead technology transfers, localize products to market and regulatory needs, and ensure full commercial readiness across sales, operations, and application support **Qualifications:** * Self-starter with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of industrial water treatment or similar technical solutions * Experience in product management, process engineering, business development, or sales in an international, matrix organization is highly valued * Fluency in English and willingness to travel are required **Benefits:** TBD
