Then we would love to have you join us!RoleGenmab is seeking an experienced SAP Security Expert to support and enhance SAP security controls within a highly regulated pharma/biotech environment. The role, which reports to the Director of SAP Platforms, requires strong hands-on expertise in SAP Security, SAP GRC, and SAP S/4HANA, with a solid understanding of compliance requirements such as GxP, SOX, GDPR, and audit expectations. The successful candidate will be a subject-matter expert within SAP security while working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure robust, compliant, and audit-ready access controls across SAP landscapes.ResponsibilitiesSupport the design, build, and maintenance of SAP security and authorization concepts across ECC and SAP S/4HANA systemsDesign and maintain SAP roles in accordance with GxP, SOX, and Genmab internal control frameworksPerform SAP user administration including provisioning, de-provisioning, emergency access, and periodic access reviewsConfigure, support, and operate SAP GRC and Pathlock solutions for access control and segregation of duties monitoringSupport SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori security, including catalogs, groups, and rolesSupport security integration with SAP bolt-on applications such as BlackLineParticipate in internal and external audits by preparing evidence, reports, and explanations related to SAP access controlsSupport system validation activities including impact assessments, risk assessments, and change documentationMaintain SAP security documentation such as role concepts, procedures, and control descriptionsWork in close coordination with SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) team members, including technical and functional SAP teams, for all security and access requirementsCoordinate day-to-day SAP security activities with external consultants providing additional capacity through the Application Management Service (AMS) team Required Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. 5–7 years of hands-on SAP Security and Authorizations experience, preferably in pharma, biotech, or other regulated industriesStrong knowledge of SAP GRC Access ControlSolid understanding of SAP S/4HANA security concepts and SAP Fiori authorization designExperience supporting SAP bolt-on applications such as BlackLine, BTP Security etc.Experience working in GxP-regulated environmentsExposure to Pathlock access controlStrong documentation, analytical, and communication skillsFor US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:$90,160.00---$135,240.00The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
