Job DescriptionShape the future of cardiovascular care across the Baltic regionAre you ready to make a real impact on patients’ lives while working at the intersection of strategy, customer engagement, and business growth?We are looking for a Brand & Customer Manager, Cardiovascular Diseases who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our cardiovascular strategy across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. In this role, you will identify sustainable growth opportunities, define clear portfolio priorities, and build forward-looking business plans that help us deliver meaningful value to patients, physicians, and payers.This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-driven organization where collaboration, innovation, and customer focus are at the heart of everything we do.What you will do?In this role, you will:Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing strategies aligned with global and local prioritiesIdentify sustainable growth opportunities for the cardiovascular portfolio across the Baltic regionDrive launch excellence by preparing and leading launch readiness activities across the BalticsBuild strong, trusted relationships with key customers and external stakeholders in Lithuania, Latvia, and EstoniaTranslate market insights into actionable strategies and impactful business decisionsPartner closely with the Managing Director, Policy/Market Access team, and Medical Team to deliver a seamless customer experienceSupport brand budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation with a disciplined, value-driven mindsetLead and contribute to cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic, matrix-based environmentLeverage omnichannel marketing approaches and digital tools to maximize customer impactWhat makes this role exciting?
