We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, onboard, coach, and continuously develop the Oncology Medical Representative teamSet individual and team KPIs, monitor performance through regular joint visits and structured evaluationsIdentify training needs and implement personalized development plansSupport talent growth and succession planning within the teamCommercial Strategy & ExecutionDesign and implement the district business plan in alignment with national brand strategy and oncology portfolio prioritiesIdentify growth opportunities across key accounts — oncology/hematology hospital departments, radiotherapy centers, and outpatient clinicsAnalyze market data and adapt promotional tactics accordinglyManage the district operational budget with accountability and transparencyKey Account Management & KOL EngagementBuild and maintain strategic relationships with oncologists, hematologists, and other healthcare professionals in the areaCoordinate medical and commercial activities across reference hospitals and oncology centersPartner with the Medical team to organize symposia, clinical data presentations, and educational eventsCompliance & EthicsEnsure full adherence to Lilly's internal policies, Code of Conduct, and applicable local and European pharmaceutical regulationsOversee team promotional activities for compliance with approved materials and advertising legislationRequirementsBachelor's degree or higherMinimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 2 years in oncology or related specialtiesStrong knowledge of the Romanian hospital environment and oncology ecosystem Solid understanding of oncology: cancer types, mechanisms of action, treatment modalities, ESMO/NCCN guidelinesStrong analytical skills — sales data, market indicators, and business performanceExperience with CRM systems ; digital and omnichannel proficiencyAuthentic leadership with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teamsStrategic thinker with a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindsetNative Romanian; advanced English (written and spoken)Valid category B driving license; willingness to travel extensively (~90% field-based)  Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
