Achieve POAEvaluates progress vs. plan monthly and agrees to course corrections with managerContributes to developing account customer plan objectives/responsibilitiesSolid product promotional knowledge, selling and presentation skillsEngages with peers, Marketing, Medical and BUM and cross functional team to learn best practicesDemonstrates an understanding of industry and healthcare trends, of how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operateIdentify and gather competitive informationFollows through on customer commitments and requests in a timely fashionReports daily customer activity in the CRM system and ensures customers recordings and customers' profiles are kept up to datePerforms other duties and responsibilities relevant to the role, within the scope of competencies, as assigned by the direct manager, based on organizational needsDemonstrates an understanding of Amgen Performance 4 selling platform to satisfy customer and Amgen needsOperates within the agreed expense budget aligned with POA prioritiesSeeking advice and assistance to organize activitiesContinuously develops and improves product knowledge, communication, selling skills and presentation skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs. QualificationsMinimum requirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales-related jobGood knowledge of and experience in Cardiology Therapeutically Area or Cardio-Metabolic/Diabetology Therapeutically AreaAnalytical thinking and the ability to design and prepare a strategy for a given region and hospitalExperience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)Fluency in Romanian, both in oral and written communicationPreferred requirementsBachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or similarPrevious experience in allocated areaFluency in Romanian and English, both in oral and written communicationExperience in both Specialties & Primary Care selling environmentsExperience in both specialties Cardiometabolic and Osteoporosis.Salary Range139,677.10 RON - 188,974.90 RON
