WHO YOU’LL WORK WITHBased out of the Milano Office, you will be part of the Converse EMEA Marketing team, working in close partnership with FOOTLOCKER Marketplace, Brand Marketing, Digital, and external partners.This role operates at the intersection of Brand and Marketplace, bringing teams together to deliver a consistent and premium Converse consumer experience across one of our most strategic global partners.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a Retail Marketing Professional who brings a consumer-first mindset, strong marketplace acumen, and a passion for culture and storytelling.You are an agile and collaborative marketer who knows how to translate strategy into best-in-class retail execution, delivering impactful consumer experiences across both physical and digital environments. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and are motivated by driving both brand impact and business results.WHAT YOU’LL WORK ONIn this role, you will lead Retail Marketing for Foot Locker EMEA, driving the execution of integrated marketing plans that bring Converse’s brand and product stories to life at retail.You will focus on delivering:Premium consumer journeys across retail touchpointsSeasonal and product-led storytelling aligned with brand prioritiesIntegrated retail experiences that connect brand, product, and consumerStrong and consistent execution across in-store/digital channels, IRL experiencesLead Retail Marketing for Foot Locker EMEAOwn and drive the execution of retail marketing plans for a key strategic partnerTranslate Converse brand priorities into account-relevant strategies and experiencesAct as the primary marketing point of contact for Foot Locker developing deep relationships to understand the business, create opportunities and drive a collective visionDrive Consumer-First Retail ExecutionBuild and deliver end-to-end consumer journeys across retail environmentsEnsure consistent storytelling from campaign concept through executionElevate how Converse shows up across physical and digital retail touchpointsExecute Go-To-Market (GTM) ExcellenceLead the retail execution of seasonal campaigns and product launchesManage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignmentEnsure on-time, high-quality delivery of marketing assets and activationsCollaborate and Influence Across the MatrixPartner closely with Marketplace, Brand, and functional teamsAlign internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated executionsFoster strong, collaborative relationships with Foot Locker teamsMeasure and Optimize PerformanceTrack and evaluate retail marketing performanceLeverage insights to continuously optimize execution and impactEnsure alignment with both brand and commercial objectivesEXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE Experience in Retail Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Account MarketingStrong understanding of retail environments and consumer behaviorProven ability to execute end-to-end marketing plansExperience working across cross-functional and external teamsStrong communication, organizational, and project management skillsPassion for culture, sport and subculture-driven communitiesThis role is a unique opportunity to shape how Converse shows up in one of the most influential retail environments in EMEA, driving meaningful connections with consumers and strengthening one of our most important marketplace partnerships.
