The role will manage existing business ensuring no fall out account and consistent growth by increasing product usage. If you are highly interested and energized in this work ambition and dynamics, then this role is just for you!WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BEDeliver business targets of the assigned territoryDevelop new accountsIntroduce new productsEnsure productivity by achieving GTM targetsManage Distributor partner assigned in the areaCoach Distributor sales rep to increase productivityImplement Local and National Marketing Plans (Innovation, Activations and CampaignsCollaborate with support functions to provide operators with services and solutions (ideation, masterclass, cooking demo, trend sharing and others)EXPERIENCES, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSWith Account Management/ sales experience in the food service industryStrong presentation and negotiation skillsMust possess concise verbal and written communication skills (English and Filipino)Must possess basic Project Management and Business Acumen skillsMust possess analytical thinking and passion for resultsMust be ready to face challenges and be objective in making business recommendations and decisionsUnilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
