JOB PURPOSEThis role exists to drive excellence in transportation management with a primary focus on OTM. The role supports the design, deployment and continuous improvement of logistics solutions across Europe, ensuring alignment with global standards and enabling efficient, stable and scalable operations.The role acts as a key interface between business operations, product teams and IT, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective and sustainable solutions.You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.Because here, we don’t just hire for jobs. We invite you to be part of something bigger.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAct as a subject matter expert for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and related transportation processesOwn and continuously improve transportation processes, ensuring standardisation across marketsTranslate business requirements into effective functional and technical solution designs across OTM, SAP, and logistics systems (e.g., SmartShip, WIMT, eCMR)Support end-to-end project and change delivery, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and hypercareReview and validate solutions to ensure alignment with business needs and global frameworksLead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business readiness for system changesServe as the point of contact for system-related queries, incidents, and escalations within the transportation domainCollaborate closely with IT and product teams to resolve issues and maintain system stabilityIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and automate transportation processesDeliver training and knowledge transfer to operational teams and stakeholders across EuropeREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSProven experience in transportation management and logistics processesStrong expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)Understanding of end-to-end logistics processes and systems integrations (e.g., SAP, WIMT, SmartShip)Experience in solution design, system implementation, or process improvement initiativesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsProfessional proficiency in EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience working in complex, multi-market or European logistics environmentsExposure to Track & Trace platforms or similar visibility toolsExperience in cross-functional collaboration between business, IT, and external partnersADDITIONAL INFORMATIONHybrid work and flexibilityOpportunities for the development and improvement of qualificationsSharing the cost of professional training & coursesBenefits: life insurance, private medical care, pension fund, sharing the cost of sports activities, Benefits System – Cafeteria and many othersExtra days off to take care of yourself and othersUnilever store - Our products at attractive pricesUnilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
