This role develops compelling financial storylines, identifies key drivers of performance, and builds forward-looking projections to anticipate risk, unlock growth opportunities, and improve profitability. In this role, the consultant plays a critical advisory function to Sales leadership, leveraging deep analytics and business acumen to shape dealer partner strategies, incentive programs, and overall performance outcomes.About Allstate Dealer Services (ADS)Allstate Dealer Services (ADS), part of the Allstate family of companies, has over three decades of experience in the Finance & Insurance (F&I) industry. We deliver a full suite of Allstate-branded products and programs that provide value to both consumers and dealer partners.The ADS Finance team is at an inflection point—building advanced analytics, modernizing reporting, and redefining how Finance partners with the business to drive growth and profitability.About the RoleThis is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the center of decision-making, partnering closely with Sales leadership to drive strategy and execution.The role focuses on dealer partner economics, sales performance, and incentive/compensation programs, including Admin Fee modeling and sales compensation design. In addition, the consultant acts as a trusted advisor, helping Sales leaders make informed, data-driven decisions that strengthen dealer relationships and accelerate profitable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a strategic advisor to Sales Leaders, providing financial insights that inform decisions, optimize dealer partner relationships, and drive growthBuild compelling financial storylines for monthly and quarterly results, translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendationsLead the design, modeling, and evaluation of Admin Fee and Sales Compensation programs, including scenario modeling and multi-year outlooksAnalyze performance by isolating key drivers, quantifying impacts, and forecasting implications, integrating cross-functional data and business contextDeliver accurate, timely reporting and deep-dive analysis to support Sales performance management and dealer growth initiativesInfluence decisions by providing fact-based, forward-looking insights that identify trends, risks, and emerging opportunitiesBuild and maintain reporting frameworks, models, and tools to measure program ROI, dealer profitability, and overall business performancePartner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Pricing, Claims, and Operations to align strategies and drive outcomesLead or support moderately complex analysis initiatives, addressing ambiguous business challenges with structured, data-driven approachesDrive process improvements and analytics innovation, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and decision support capabilitiesKey Skills & QualificationsStrong financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insightsExperience supporting sales organizations, incentive programs, or compensation modeling (preferred)Ability to connect financial insights to business strategy, particularly within dealer partner or revenue-driven environmentsProven ability to build new processes, tools, and analytical frameworks in evolving environmentsStrong communicator with experience developing executive-ready presentations and influencing senior stakeholders [Financial_...nsultant_I | PDF]Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across multiple functions and levelsDemonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environmentsSystems thinker with an understanding of P&L drivers and how incentives impact business performanceEducation & Experience3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related fieldsWhy Join ADS Finance?Opportunity to shape and build new financial processes and analytics capabilitiesHigh visibility with direct exposure to Sales leadership and strategic decision-makingBroad exposure across the full P&L and cross-functional initiativesAbility to directly influence dealer economics, incentive strategy, and business growthCollaborative, forward-thinking team focused on innovation and continuous improvementTechnology requirements:Allstate provides a comprehensive technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse.
