As a System Reliability & Support Specialist Sr. within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX, Birmingham, AL, and Phoenix, AZ. This position is part of the Information Delivery team which supports applications responsible for maintaining/providing reporting data and customer information pertaining to primarily Mortgage and Home Equity loans. Conducts root cause analysis and correction resulting in prevention.Monitors systems availability, performance, and capacity against baseline metrics and reports trends.
