As a Business Experience and Planning Specialist within PNC's Technology Strategy organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH or Denver, CO. As a Business Experience and Planning Specialist, you’ll take center stage within the Technology Strategy team, helping shape the stories behind the initiatives that drive our enterprise forward. You’ll collaborate across a wide range of teams, uncover insights, and translate complex ideas into compelling, executive‑ready narratives. In this role, you won’t just connect the dots — you’ll bring clarity and purpose to strategic opportunities, evaluate business cases, craft high‑impact presentations, and clearly communicate why an investment matters for the future of the organization. Regular interaction with senior and executive leaders means your work will directly influence decisions at the highest level.We’re looking for someone who brings a blend of strategic thinking, analytical strength, and strong communication skills.
