Progress starts with you.Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be part of the Visa Intelligent Authorization (VIA) product team within Acceptance Solutions. VIA is a modern acquiring processing platform that provides the most secure, scalable, and compliant access to the broadest range of global payment services.You will bring strong product management experience of developing innovative and commercially successful products. You will help drive the product execution and strategy. You will manage product execution and delivery for enhancing features and capabilities. This position reports into the Senior Director, VIA Product Suite.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a prioritized product execution roadmap for Visa Intelligent Authorization (VIA) strategiesDrive the vision, strategy, and execution of the product line, ensuring alignment with organizational goalsCollaborate closely with development teams to deliver requirements, track execution, and commercialize payment productsDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of payments environments (authorization and clearing, payment schemes, processors, issuers, acquirers etc.) and payment fraud and risk managementInterpret mandates, compliance requirements, and technical letters from brands to ensure ongoing complianceAnalyze processor specifications, especially major card schemes.Produce detailed product and functional requirements to drive development, testing, and deploymentCollaborate closely with architects, development teams, and cross-functional product teams to ensure the seamless delivery of features, proactively addressing and resolving potential blockers. This involves maintaining clear communication among all stakeholders, identifying risks early, and coordinating efforts to keep the project on track and ensure successful implementationFacilitate end-to-end product delivery as needed by undertaking any requirement clarification, scoping, creating functional test scenarios, UAT signs offs, release communications etc.Advocate for internal and external customer issues and ideas to influence product enhancements and prioritizationThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:5 or more years of relevant work experience in Product ManagementEnd to end understanding of Visa’s and other global payment schemes services of authorization, clearing, settlement and othersAbility to manage the lifecycle of a payment products.Proven ability to develop new products for B2B clients (acquirers, issuers, large merchants)Preferred Qualifications:5+ years of industry experience in payments processing environment5+ years of experience in product lifecycle managementStrong experience in working with agile lifecycle (Preferably Scaled Agile Framework) and process management tools, e.g. JIRA, JIRA AlignProven ability to develop roadmaps, write user stories, groom product backlogs, and prioritize conflicting requirements in a dynamic environmentTeam player with broad experience collaborating with subject matter experts, product teams, system architects and software engineersStrong attention to details, ability to think strategically and independentlyOutstanding communication ability including clearly and concisely communicating any project issues, risks to an executive audience.Strong customer centric mindsetHave strong testing skills and should be able to show the ability to think like an end user and perform user acceptance testingGood understanding of card payment scheme compliance and industry regulatory frameworkGood understanding of transaction processing surround services (fraud, risk, digital, mobile) and payment industry standards (ISO8583, EMV, 3DS, PSD2) will be an advantageVisa is an EEO EmployerQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
