Senior Mainframe Engineer (COBOL, DB2, VSAM)

Job Description:Fidelity Investments Workplace Investing (WI) organization is seeking an experienced mainframe Software Engineer to join our Custom Client Solutions team within the Stock Plan Services (SPS) Technology organization. The person will play a key role in developing and delivering client specific enhancements on our Legacy Application to support our Plan Administration System.  This role demands significant collaboration with members of various business and IT groups throughout the lifecycle of a typical project.Stock Plan Services administers equity compensation programs on behalf of public and private companies offering various compensations programs such as:  Employee Stock Purchase Plans, Restricted Stock Awards/Units, Stock Option Plans, Stock Appreciation Rights and Performance based Awards.  Currently SPS services over 1.6M participants employed by over 300 clients and spread out in 150 countries.
