Job Description:Job Title: Analyst, Data Analytics and InsightsThe Purpose of the Role.This role is part of the Analytics Research & Data (ARD) business unit. As a Lead, you will combine strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of the business to enable data‑driven decision‑making at Fidelity. Your insights will directly shape strategic initiatives, influence key business outcomes, and support long‑term growth.The Value You DeliverPartner closely with business stakeholders to develop analytical insights that inform, optimize, and influence business strategy.Analyze complex datasets to uncover the “why” behind trends and patterns, translating findings into actionable recommendations that drive informed decision‑making.The skills that are key to this RoleStrong proficiency in SQL and Snowflake for data extraction, analysis, and validation.Expertise in creating compelling, executive‑ready data visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.Ability to tell clear, impactful data stories that surface insights, opportunities, and risks.Skilled in translating business questions into testable hypotheses and validating them through experimentation or advanced analytics.Demonstrated critical thinking and structured problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to address the “so what” and “what if,” and recommend decisive actions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex analytical insights clearly and concisely to varied audiences.Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally, working effectively with diverse teams to align outcomes with organizational and customer goals.High curiosity, strong ownership mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.The Expertise We Are Looking For3.5+ years of relevant analytics experience delivering measurable business impact through data‑driven insights, with advanced SQL proficiency.Deep experience in KPI development, reporting, and dashboarding, including executive‑level reporting using Tableau or Power BI.Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related STEM field required; MBA or MS preferred.How Your Work Impacts the OrganizationAnalytics Research & Data (ARD) is a forward‑looking insights organization focused on anticipating client needs and predicting future behaviors through data, analytics, customer research, and AI‑driven solutions.
