We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health!Organization:PAMF-Palo Alto Medical Foundation PADPosition Overview:Handles stocking and storing of medical supplies, primarily in the supply chain storeroom. Activities include, but not limited to, receiving, inventory management, supply and equipment requisitions, product conversions, billing support, vendor returns, invoice resolution, back order resolution, de-casing and stocking supplies. Works independently and in conjunction with clinical staff, providing expertise and assistance for all clinical and non-clinical equipment and supplies. Works closely with Supply Chain team, department technicians and clinicians to advance supply chain goals and objectives. Schedules time for periodic cycle counts and annual inventory tasks.Job Description:EDUCATIONHS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)TYPICAL EXPERIENCE1 year recent relevant experiencePREFERRED EXPERIENCE1 year prior Supply Chain experience.1 year healthcare Supply Chain experience.SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGERoutine work requiring problem-solving capability and paying close attention to detail.Must possess aptitude in math and computer operation.Must have the skills to produce accurate work results within established timeframes.Must have the ability to work independently with minimal guidance and direction.Must abide by the department's policy on Conflict of Interest.Job Shift:DaysSchedule:Full TimeShift Hours:8Days of the Week:Monday - FridayWeekend Requirements:As NeededBenefits:YesUnions:NoPosition Status:Non-ExemptWeekly Hours:40Employee Status:RegularSutter Health is an equal opportunity employer EOE/M/F/Disability/Veterans.Pay Range is $33.32 to $41.64 / hourThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
