Become a part of our caring community We are looking for a strategic Marketing Technology Lead to guide the evolution of our Next Best Action (NBA) capabilities through scalable use of Adobe Journey Optimization (AJO) and dynamic content frameworks. You will sit at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology, ensuring personalized, context-aware customer engagement across channels.You will combine expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud with an understanding of decisioning, orchestration, and content personalization to deliver scalable and measurable customer journeys.Key ResponsibilitiesNext Best Action Strategy & Execution:Design and operationalize Next Best Action frameworks applying behavioral, transactional, and contextual dataPartner with marketing, product, and analytics teams to define decisioning logic, prioritization rules, and optimization strategiesAdobe Journey Optimization (AJO) Enablement:Lead the implementation and scaling of Adobe Journey Optimization for real-time and batch-driven customer journeysArchitect reusable journey patterns, templates, and decision nodes to support enterprise-wide adoptionEnsure seamless integration between AJO, Adobe Experience Platform, and downstream activation channelsDynamic Content & Personalization:Develop and govern dynamic content strategies across email, push, web, and other digital touchpointsDesign modular content frameworks that support personalization at scalePartner with creative and content teams to ensure efficient content production aligned with personalization needsScalability & Operational Excellence:Establish best practices for scaling journey orchestration and content managementOptimize campaign performance through testing, measurement, and iterative improvementsGuide standardization and governance across journeys and content usageData & Integration:Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data ingestion and availabilityDefine data requirements for NBALeverage AI/ML capabilities to enhance decisioning and personalizationStakeholder Collaboration:Guide communication between marketing, IT, data, and vendorsProvide expertise on customer journey orchestration and personalization trendsMentor teams on AJO capabilitiesUse your skills to make an impact  Required Qualifications7+ years of experience in marketing technology, CRM, or customer engagement platformsHands-on expertise with Adobe Journey Optimization and Adobe Experience PlatformExperience with Next Best Action frameworksExperience designing dynamic content and personalization strategiesExperience translating needs into scalable technical solutionsFamiliarity with APIs, data integration, and customer data platformsFamiliarity with Adobe Experience Manager and/or digital asset management systems and content metadataPreferred QualificationsExperience with AI-driven decisioning and real-time personalizationKnowledge of customer lifecycle marketing and omnichannel orchestrationBackground in regulated industries or complex enterprise environmentsStrong analytical mindset with experience using performance data to drive optimizationTravel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $126,300 - $173,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
