Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable, Senior Analyst to join our Enterprise Procurement Accounts Payable organization to support critical payment operations, including check printing, payment validation, vendor data maintenance, and key controls. This role partners cross-functionally to resolve issues, improve processes, and support automation, AI-enabled tools, and legacy ERP migration to the enterprise SAP environment.This is an onsite role requiring in-office work in Woonsocket, RI.What You'll DoManage daily check printing and distribution, including secure handling, reconciliation, and timely payment releaseMonitor and validate payment runs to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and complianceMaintain and review vendor master data, including payment terms and banking informationServe as a primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and payment researchPartner cross-functionally to improve workflows, drive operational efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiativesLeverage automation and AI-enabled tools to improve processes and realize efficienciesSupport the migration of legacy ERP platforms to the enterprise SAP environmentSupport internal and external audits, including SOX compliance and control testingDevelop, maintain, and enhance standard operating proceduresExecute positive pay, stop payments, void requests, and other fraud prevention controls in a timely mannerRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and WordStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a deadline-driven environmentDemonstrated problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindsetWillingness to learn and apply AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and day-to-day executionPreferred QualificationsExperience with SAP or other enterprise ERP platforms, including implementation, upgrade, or migration supportHands-on experience with daily check printing and distribution in a high-volume environmentKnowledge of accounts payable controls, compliance requirements, and audit processes, including SOXStrong analytical and process improvement skills, including experience supporting automation or system enhancementsAbility to adopt new technologies and support AI-enabled ways of working in finance operationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in a large, complex, retail or healthcare organizationEducationAssociate degree or equivalent experience requiredBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferredAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
