Process Mechanic - Chemical ProcessorCompany:Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Process Mechanic to support the Chemical Processing Titanium and Aluminum Team in Hazelwood, MO!Position Responsibilities: Setup, load and operate cranes Use hand and power tools, measuring and indicating instruments such as hydrometers, micrometers, ammeters, voltmeters, thermometers, timers, and chemical testers necessary in performing any of these duties.Control and operate chemical metal cleaning, treating and caustic etching processes such as anodizing, color anodizing, and alodiningMaintain solution at proper temperature, composition, and strengthCheck density and temperature. Determine process times and equipment settingsRecord data of tank solutions as requiredInsert and remove parts from cleaning solutions for cleaning processPrepare materials for chemical etching and coatingTouch up any imperfections in coatings before or during the chemical etching processThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.
