The first 3 letters in workplace safety are Y-O-U!TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Financial Analyst, Field Finance West located in Atlanta, GA.The Financial Analyst, Field Finance supports the Field Finance organization by providing financial analysis, reporting, and operational support to regional finance leadership. This role partners closely with the Sr. Regional Director, Finance and Field leadership to support monthly close activities, backlog reviews, consolidations, and ad hoc financial analyses. The Financial Analyst will focus on delivering accurate and timely data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making through strong analytical and collaboration skills while continuing to build financial acumen and business partnership capabilities. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Support forecasting, budgeting, and periodic reporting activities for Field Finance under the guidance of senior finance leadershipPerform ad hoc financial analyses and reporting to support Field Finance initiatives and leadership requestsPull, validate, and consolidate data from ERP, CRM, and other financial systems to support monthly target achievement, backlog reviews, forecasting, and operational reportingAssist with monthly close processes, including variance analysis and preparation of standard reporting packagesSupport AP on-hold cleanup activities by researching issues, partnering with cross-functional teams, and tracking resolutionCompile and analyze large data sets, summarizing findings into clear and concise insights for finance and field stakeholdersAssist in the preparation of presentations and reporting materials for Field Finance leadership reviewsPartner with Field Finance and operations stakeholders to understand business drivers and support data-driven decision-makingFollow established processes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization within Field Finance reporting and analysisMaintain accurate documentation and working knowledge of financial systems, reports, and business processesProactively identify data issues or anomalies and escalate findings to senior finance team members as appropriateSupport finance-led projects and initiatives as assignedPerform other duties as assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related finance roleProgress toward CPA, MBA, or other relevant financial certification, preferredExperience supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or close activities, preferredExperience supporting field, sales, or operations-focused finance organizations, preferredStrong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic financial modeling; PowerPoint proficiency requiredWorking knowledge of financial and accounting concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisExperience with SAP, Oracle, BI tools, or other financial reporting systems preferredAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate results clearly and accuratelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEffective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teamsAbility to handle confidential and sensitive financial information with discretionCuriosity and willingness to learn business operations, financial processes, and systemsContinuous improvement mindset with interest in increasing efficiency and standardization Provided they meet all eligibility requirement under the applicable plan documents, employees will be offered Medical, dental, and vision coverageFlexible spending accounts (FSA)Health savings account (HSA)Supplemental medical plansCompany-paid short- and long-term disability insuranceCompany-paid basic life insurance and AD&DOptional life and AD&D coverageOptional spouse and dependent life insuranceIdentity theft monitoringPet insuranceCompany-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Tuition
