We are seeking a strategic and collaborative TURMECA Market Development Lead - Structural Heart to accelerate therapy awareness, market expansion, and customer engagement across Türkiye, Russia, Middle East and Central Asia markets. This role, reporting to TURMECA Market Development Leader, offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Structural Heart therapy by driving growth initiatives that improve patient access to advanced cardiovascular solutions across TURMECA.As part of the TURMECA leadership environment, you will work closely with local and Eurasia teams to support market development strategies for Structural Heart therapy, including Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI), a minimally invasive therapy used to replace diseased aortic heart valves in patients with severe aortic stenosis. The role with a hybrid working model and includes periodic travel across the region for customer engagement activities, educational programs, congress participation, and strategic account development initiatives.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Lead market development initiatives for Structural Heart therapy across the TURMECA regionSupport therapy adoption and awareness activities for TAVI solutionsPartner with sales, marketing, clinical and market access teams to execute regional growth strategiesDevelop customer engagement and stakeholder management plans aligned with business prioritiesAnalyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to support strategic decision-makingCollaborate with local and regional stakeholders on campaign execution, business planning, and market expansion activitiesRequired Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare, medical device, cardiovascular marketing, sales or market development roles Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, clinical, and market access teams Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills Fluent EnglishKnowledge of Structural Heart therapies and healthcare market dynamics, regional market development experience, exposure to emerging markets, or previous involvement in Structural Heart or TAVI therapy launches would be considered beneficial. MBA education or additional commercial training is an advantage. Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.   Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
