Product Manager - International Enablement, Enterprise Solutions

Delta’s International Enablement team is focused on driving global alignment and empowering Delta and its’ partners to deliver exceptional experiences. This team serves as the central point of engagement across Revenue Management, Loyalty, Alliances, IT, and international partners, owning a cohesive international development plan and centralizing backend delivery. The International Enablement team is seeking a Product Manager to drive enterprise-wide tradeoffs to deliver scalable solutions and translate business strategies into technical roadmaps. This role will involve becoming a subject matter expert in Delta’s technical systems as well as understanding how these systems align with our Partner’s technical roadmaps. You will need to be able to create a cohesive international strategy and generate a centralized backlog of priorities while working with multiple partners on alignment. Responsibilities: Develop and execute enablement strategies that support Delta’s international growth and partner successServe as a liaison between Delta and global partners to ensure alignment on technology integration, and customer experience goalsCreate and own the international technical roadmap and centralized backlog Collaborate with Commercial and IT teams to implement scalable solutions for international operations and partner engagementEvaluate enterprise-wide tradeoffs and make decisions that optimize reliability and partner outcomes
