Job Description SummaryThis individual is responsible for developing reporting dashboards to provide global project visibility to milestones from the beginning stages to final plant installation. Scope includes digitizing visualizations and automating manual business processes to provide transparency of project status and risks across the businessJob DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and implement Spotfire reporting dashboardsPartner with Talend developers, IT Project managers and functional teams to gather requirementsConduct analysis and convert business requirements into visual based analyticsConduct analysis for mapping source inputs and assist in design strategy for data modelingDaily maintenance support of dashboardsEducation QualificationBachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 2 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 7 years of professional experienceNote: Military experience is equivalent to professional experienceEligibility Requirement:Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job.Desired CharacteristicsGood aesthetic skills and ability to propose visualizations based on requirementsAbility to quickly learn complex source systems and business concepts and convert Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to technical solutionsAbility to implement business logic with advanced Tableau calculations and multiple sourcesExtensive SQL skills and knowledge in Oracle and Postgres SQL queryingThorough understanding of data normalization & data modelling conceptsKnowledge in Tableau server administration including user level access/security, Extract refresh, scheduling etcExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong, demonstrated commitment to customer satisfactionFamiliar with or have practiced Agile DevelopmentExperience working with global cross-functional, cross-business teamsAbility to think analytically and be an excellent problem solverThis role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
