We are looking for an energetic, highly organized, results-driven Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and is driven by outcomes. In this role, you will own account-based marketing strategy and execution for a prioritized set of our most strategic Enterprise accounts, in close partnership with our Enterprise Sales team. You will conduct regular account planning sessions to build tailored strategies for specific accounts and identify opportunities to drive engagement, pipeline, and growth. You should be creative, customer-focused, highly collaborative, and relentless about delivering measurable business impact. You will report on program performance to key stakeholders and partner with teams across the organization to ensure strong execution. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close partnership across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US. In this role, you will: Own account-based marketing strategy and execution for a prioritized portfolio of strategic, high-spend Enterprise accounts Partner closely with Enterprise Sales teams to lead bi-weekly 1:1 account planning sessions and develop tailored plans for specific accounts Build and activate account-based marketing programs that source new pipeline, accelerate existing opportunities, deepen customer engagement, and deliver standout account experiences Act as a strategic thought partner to Sales by identifying opportunities, solving challenges, and aligning marketing efforts to account priorities Drive business impact by achieving marketing KPIs and supporting sales and growth objectives; measure and provide closed-loop reporting on program and account performance Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong attention to detail and flawless execution Manage program budget, evaluate results against goals, and generate insights and learnings to continuously improve performance Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices Minimum requirements for the role: 6+ years of account-based marketing experience supporting B2B high-tech products or solutions Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Remote position open to candidates residing in the US. An ideal candidate also has: Strong attention to detail, executive presence, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization A self-starter mindset with strong leadership instincts, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment A passion for results, measurement, and optimization, with a focus on driving ROI and solving problems proactively The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
