Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us.OutlineSenior Product manager, Reblozyl Marketing, is responsible for strategic planning and execution activities for Luspatercept and MDS therapeutic area in collaboration cross-functional team and multiple stake holders in Japan and Worldwide matrix.The key objective of the role is to achieve business goals related to Luspatercept and expand BMS position in MDS therapeutic area in Japan. In addition, this role is highly expected to take the lead in thought leader engagement management and doctor-to-doctor programming, and actively drive field activities.Key Responsibilities:Thought Leader engagement to increase brand advocacy. (Current No.1 Priority)Lead excellent field executionCoordinate convincing nationwide D2D programsDevelop and implement plan of action (POA) for sales force.Ensure effective field D2D implementationImplement right customer targeting strategyPlan and execute sales force training with training team.Responsibilities as a marketing team member;Develop brand strategy to maximize value of BMS portfolio based on current and predicted customer insightsUnderstand customer’s (HCPs, Patients and payers) insights, needs and expectationsFind business opportunities and key success factorsIdentify key leverages and set right scenarios-strategies in right orders of prioritiesPlan right actions at appropriate timing, budget operational expense, customer engagement and omni-channel tactics related to marketing planReach consensus on the above items with BMSKK senior management and WW teamGovernance in launch readiness activities across matrix organizationReport brand performance and business status properly to BMSKK senior management and stakeholders(Disclaimer: The responsibilities listed above are only a summary and other responsibilities will be assigned as required) Supervisory Responsibility (List job titles of positions that report directly or indirectly to this position and indicate nature of relationship)Not Applicable Key Stakeholders/Contacts:Internal (Reblozyl marketing lead, Brand Team, BI&A, Digital Operations, Sales leaders, Production Management, WW etc) External (Agencies and 3rd party Vendors)List of requirementsDegree/Certification/Licensure 4 year bachelor’s degree required Skills & Competencies (knowledge, skills, abilities)Principals of marketing and strategyAdvanced knowledge of marketing researchAdvanced knowledge of sales forecastingBasic knowledge of project managementBasic knowledge of finance and accounting to manage product P/LBasic knowledge on healthcare system in Japan as well as Legal/Medical/Regulatory review processLogical thinking to find and solve issuesStrong leadership to involve stakeholdersAbility to plan, prioritize and organize campaign development/execution through project management and negotiation skills to build consensus, resolve conflicts and manage expectations.
