Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us.The Payroll Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of assigned country’s payroll services to ensure compliance with the organization and legal requirements; manage vendor relationships; respond to the payroll operations queries.Our HR Service Delivery Model is a shared service outsourced model, and you will interface with Business Partners, Compensation, Savings Plan & Benefits, Financial Shared Services General Accounting, as well as our outsourced payroll providers.The Payroll Analyst will be also responsible for the upload of payroll related data onto the required payroll vendor online tools, downloading of the payroll outputs, validating those outputs ensuring the accurate payroll processing and distribution of the reports to the relevant individuals or teams within the business.Scope of responsibilities:Ensure all payroll operations are processed timely and accurately.Implement processes improvements related to payroll delivery.Provide payroll query support in a timely manner, follow up with vendors or escalate to Regional Payroll Lead.Use global payroll tools and prepare payroll calculations to ensure proper payroll processing.Serve as a subject matter expert for time and attendance.Facilitate and participate in governance process used for analysis and approval of payroll work requests and projects.Collaborate with Total Rewards to understand the savings and benefits calculations and the impact on payroll calculation and to identify and address any administrative needs related to global compensation and benefit programs.Coordinate with Outsourced Service Provider (ADP) regarding all policies, programs and processes related to payroll.Work with the BMS HR Service Delivery Team to ensure service provider is achieving SLA’s.Manage employee queries via ticketing system, adhering to KPI’s and delivering high quality customer service.Assess the delivery impact of any HR management policy changes, regulatory or compliance changes on the service provider and BMS Payroll operations.Aid in overseeing the implementation of payroll system solutions for acquisitions.Leverage expertise to produce solutions that enable global consistency and standardization and facilitate exceptional performance.Develop and maintain technical knowledge in payrolls, remaining up to date on current trends and best practicesInterface with payroll and benefits vendors, as needed, to ensure compliance with established procedures.Requirements:Working knowledge of at least two EMEA countries’ payroll.Experience with end-to-end payroll processing including pay processing, payroll taxes, reporting, time management, leave administration, registration and experience dealing with payroll queries and issues from employees.Comprehensive knowledge of Payroll, Payroll Tax, and Payroll Accounting and related end to end processes.English proficiency at a minimum communicative level (B1 or above) – required.Knowledge of an additional European language (other than Polish) will be considered a strong advantage.Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.Should be based close to BMS Warsaw Office or willing to relocate to be able to comply with company Work From Home Policy 50-50.Customer-focused and comfortable working with a diverse group of people.Knowledgeable of MS Office suite, particularly Excel.Workday, ADP Celergo and SAP end-user experience.Experience working in a Shared Services environment.Ability to manage multiple tasks, be well organized, and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding deadlines.Excellent interpersonal communication skills.The successful candidate is a self-starter, highly motivated, and works with minimal supervision.Desire to work in a fast paced, change oriented, complex environment.AI-driven mindset with a focus on leveraging technology to improve efficiency and streamline workflows will be considered a strong advantage.If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
