Whether you are engaged in development, maintenance, compliance, or analysis through research programs, your contribution is vital and directly impacts patients.What You Will AchieveIn this role, you will:Ensure effective processes and resources for meeting complaint handling timelines and notification requirementsConfirm compliance with Global SOPs, complete gap analysis reports, and provide necessary trainingLead preparation and coordination for GMP, GCP, GDP, and MAH inspections by Regulatory Authorities or internal auditorsOversee quality of local contractors, including Logistic Service Providers, re-labelers, re-packers, and other applicable contractorsIdentify and implement quality continuous improvement efforts to enhance compliance and efficiencySet objectives for direct reports aligned with global and local business goals, and ensure frequent review of these goalsEnsure all colleagues have Individual Development Plans that align with their development needs and the organization's visionProvide technical and functional leadership, manage direct reports, and ensure alignment with company compliance and quality standardsHere Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)University degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical quality, manufacturing, or distirbution.Demonstrated expertise in people management and a proven track record of leading high-performing teamsExceptional leadership skills, along with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilitiesProficiency in word-processing, spreadsheet, and presentation softwareFamiliarity with role-specific tools like LabWare LIMSStrong understanding of quality assurance and compliance processesAbility to manage multiple projects and set objectives for direct reportsBonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)A Master’s degree with relevant pharmaceutical experienceAn excellent understanding of local regulations surrounding good manufacturing practices for finished pharmaceuticalsA good grasp of risk management methodologies, with a proven ability to apply them to Bio-pharmaceutical operationsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop solutions to highly complex problemsAbility to champion innovation and take appropriate risksExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence senior management decisionsExperience in managing direct reports and ensuring their alignment with company standardsExperience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity.
