Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri)Environmental ConditionsOfficeJob DescriptionJob SummaryAs a Production Planner – Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective execution of production planning and MRP processes to support site operations and customer service objectives.You will be responsible for maintaining planning master data, ensuring alignment between demand and supply, and providing structured operational visibility. This role operates with a moderate level of autonomy and requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and effective collaboration across functions.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & MRP ExecutionExecute daily/weekly production planning activities in SAP (MRP)Maintain and adjust planning parameters to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and capacityMonitor and resolve MRP exceptions and planning constraintsMaster Data ManagementEnsure accuracy and integrity of planning master data (BOMs, routings, lead times, safety stocks)Identify and correct inconsistencies impacting supply chain performanceOperational Visibility & ReportingProvide accurate and timely reporting on planning performance and risksSupport decision-making through structured and data-driven insightsMaintain clear documentation and traceability of actionsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Customer Service teamsSupport product lifecycle activities, including new product introductions and transitionsContribute to regular SCM and operational meetingsExecution & Continuous ImprovementTake ownership of assigned planning topics and drive resolutionSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, MRP, and data qualityContribute to KPI tracking and performance improvement actionsUpdate and maintain procedures to reflect various updates and projects, Work in an ISO certified IVD sectorRisk Management & EscalationIdentify supply and planning risks proactivelyEscalate issues appropriately with clear recommendations and mitigation plansMinimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field4–5 years of experience mandatory in production planning or supply chainExperience working in an industrial/manufacturing environmentSAP MRP knowledge and Master Data Governance experienceProfessional English and French proficiencyAnalytical mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with planning or procurement tools (e.g., SAP or Sage or other)Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes (P2P, S&OP)Experience in regulated environments (e.g., ISO, IVD, medical devices)
