Are you ready to do meaningful work that matters?LIVEWHAT YOU WILL DOThe Associate – ServiceNow Configuration & CMDB Support is responsible for supporting the maintenance and accuracy of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data within the ELMAC environment. This role works under guidance to execute day-to-day ServiceNow configuration management activities, ensuring data quality, compliance, and alignment with defined processes and standards.Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will: 1. CMDB Data MaintenanceCreate and update Configuration Items (CIs) in ServiceNow based on defined proceduresMaintain CI attributes such as ownership, environment, and system detailsSupport updates to CI relationships as guided by senior team membersPerform routine CMDB data quality checks and resolve identified issues2. ServiceNow Operational SupportExecute day-to-day ServiceNow configuration management tasksSupport updates such as ownership changes, minor corrections, and data clean-upAssist in managing service requests and tracking updates in tools like JIRAFollow standard operating procedures and escalate issues when needed3. Stakeholder SupportWork with Application Owners and Service Owners to collect required CI informationCoordinate with vendor teams to gather updates for CMDB recordsSupport service mapping activities by providing required data inputs4. Security & Compliance SupportAssist in completing periodic security access reviewsSupport documentation and data updates required for audit or compliance activitiesFollow company policies related to data privacy and system governance5. Asset & Lifecycle SupportAssist in updating records for system decommissioning activitiesSupport tracking and clean-up of obsolete or incomplete CMDB entriesHelp maintain alignment between ServiceNow data and actual system inventory6. Continuous Learning & Process AdherenceDevelop understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, and ITSM processesFollow established guidelines and contribute to process improvementsLearn and adopt tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, and reporting toolsWINWHAT WE EXPECT OF YOUWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
