You will partner closely with the HR teams and hiring managers, supporting the teams who make sure our medicines are available in the respective local markets. You can make a real difference in our delivery to patients. As a strategic talent partner, you ensure we attract and hire the best professionals across key areas like commercial, technology, operations/Supply Chain, medical, clinical research and many others!Let’s do this. In this vital role you will:End-to-end recruitment – Drive full-cycle hiring, from partnering with hiring managers to crafting recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and advising on the best hires.Creative talent attraction – Develop unique, forward-thinking recruitment strategies to strengthen Amgen’s employer brand and attract top-tier talent, while using our AI driven Candidate Relationship Management System.Proactive networking – Build strong pipelines for key roles and provide diverse, high-quality candidate shortlists.Flawless onboarding – Ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into Amgen’s HR systemsGlobal collaboration – Work alongside an international team to optimize processes and learn from each-otherWINWHAT WE EXPECT OF YOUWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
