Achieve POAEvaluates progress vs. plan monthly and agrees to course corrections with managerContributes to Cluster/Territory Teams Collaborates to agree on key account plan objectives/responsibilitiesEngages with peers and District Manager to learn best practicesDemonstrates an understanding of industry and healthcare trends, of how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operate.Identify and gather competitive informationFollows through on customer commitments and requests in a timely fashionReports customer activity in the CRM system and ensures customer profiles are kept up-to-dateOperates within the agreed expense budget aligned with POA prioritiesSeeks advise and assistance to organize activitiesContinuously develops and improves product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs. Drives own development  The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent.Minimum RequirementsMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industryMinimum 2 years  in a sales-related job in Oncology Good knowledge of computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)Fluency in local language, both in oral and written communicationPreferred RequirementsBachelor’s degree in life science or (bio) medical sciencesKnowledge of Customer Relation Management principlesExposure to interactions with various disciplines and organizational levelsExposure to project management principlesWhat we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
