As we move along on this exciting journey, we are seeking candidates with a passion for entrepreneurial experiences, who want to pursue unique career opportunities and have a desire to be in the driving seat of Unilever growth engine.In this role, you are responsible for managing team and working with distributors on both tactical and strategic performance, to achieve business ambitions.JOB DESCRIPTION1/ Manage and develop B2B market & customersBuild, maintain and grow a portfolio of key B2B customers:HoReCa (restaurants, hotels, F&B chains)Laundry services (laundromats, industrial laundry)Hair & Beauty channels (salons, beauty chains, service providers)At-work segment (offices, factories, industrial parks, cleaning services, workplace supply providers)Proactively identify and acquire new customers to expand market coverageUpdate & analyze customer and market trends, including competitor insightsDevelop strong customer relationships and drive customer loyalty through effective engagement and service excellence2/ Drive sales performance through distributor and sales team managementRepresent Unilever with distributors to co-develop and execute annual B2B business plans, ensuring compliance with company standards and policiesDrive salesmen performance through target setting & closely trackingDeliver trade programs and drive strong field performance through disciplined executionRecruit, train, coach to develop sales team capabilities, with focus on B2B/solution sellingManage sales route and ensure customer data accuracy in DMS to support effective coverage and executionPartner with distributors to deliver business targets and ensure healthy operations, including inventory, on-time delivery, coverage expansion, pricing and receivables controlAnd other tasks assigned by LMsMAIN KPISSales targets (primary & secondary)Distribution and market coverage targetsNew customer acquisitionExecution excellence and service levelsREQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree minimum2+ years of working experience in customer development, Professional channels and FMCG industry preferredFunctional and technical knowledge; customer centricP&L: financial acumenStrong communication and negotiation skillsGood use of EnglishHigh level of resilience and problem solving; can cope with high pressurePerformance and growth mindsetIntegrity and opennessUnilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
