We don’t believe in the ‘one size fits all’ approach and instead we will equip you with the tools you need to shape your own future.Job Responsibilities B&W Deputy Affiliate Manager (Tiktok) is responsible for driving sales growth and conversion for the Body and Derma categories through Affiliate programs across digital commerce platforms. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing affiliate activations by working closely with creators, platform partners, agencies, and internal teams to maximize performance, scalability, and return on investment.1. Affiliate Strategy & Execution for Body & DermaPlan and execute affiliate initiatives aligned with brand campaigns, category priorities, and commercial objectives.Manage affiliate calendars, product focus, and activation mechanics to support key trading moments.2. Creator & Affiliate ManagementSource, onboard, and manage affiliates/creators relevant to Body and Derma categories.Build strong relationships to drive sustained engagement and high‑quality content output.3. Performance Tracking & OptimizationMonitor affiliate KPIs including GMV, conversion, ROI, and contribution vs targets.Analyze performance data and continuously optimize mechanics such as product selection, commission, and creator mix.4. Cross‑functional & External CollaborationWork closely with Brand, dCommerce, CSP/NRM, Content, Media, and Supply teams to ensure aligned execution.Coordinate with platform affiliate teams and agencies to deliver effective and compliant activations.5.
