We hope you will join us as we continue to learn, evolve, and shape what comes next on our mission to make better food accessible to everyone.THE OPPORTUNITYAs the Regional Recruiter, you will play a critical role in advancing Chipotle’s restaurant talent strategy by leading the end-to-end sourcing process for Restaurant Leadership roles within your assigned region. This includes both proactive and reactive sourcing, conducting initial candidate screenings, and facilitating the interview process in partnership with regional leadership. In this role, you will analyze recruitment trends and challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that address evolving business needs. You will also interpret and apply Chipotle policies, employment law, and regulatory requirements to serve as a trusted recruiting resource within your region. A passion for fresh guac might also come in handy.WHAT YOU’LL DOCreatively source, screen, and provide selection guidance for Restaurant Leadership and field leadership roles, ensuring strong candidate quality and alignment with regional talent needsFacilitate the internal interview process for regional leadership roles, ensuring consistent, efficient, and compliant candidate experience.  Support the pre and onboarding process for external hires, including compliance processes and employment contractsAnalyze regional hiring trends through regular reporting and partner with senior field leadership to inform and support regional recruitment strategies aligned to business prioritiesDevelop regional recruitment strategies with senior field leadership by identifying hiring trends through regular reporting while partnering with restaurant leadership to drive strategic prioritiesProvide coaching to leaders and champion best practices in staffing, interviewing, and candidate experienceAct as escalation point to support staffing for Restaurant Crew positions in difficult to staff marketsServe as a brand and employee advocate, supporting initiatives that strengthen hiring effectiveness and team qualityPartner with HRBPs, support functions, and Centers of Excellence to execute market-specific recruitment strategies that address current and future talent needsSupport the rollout and execution of recruiting initiatives and processes within your regionEngage in critical talent discussions to deepen business understanding and support effective succession planningAct as a Subject Matter Expert for recruitment systems, including Paradox and WorkdayManage requisitions for Restaurant Leadership and field leadership roles on behalf of all hiring managersAssist in People Experience projects, initiatives, and administrative support as neededWHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLEHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) requiredBachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred2-4 years of experience in high volume recruiting or a related field; experience supporting multi-unit restaurant or retail environments is strongly preferredProven experience interviewing and identifying restaurant leadership talent, and supporting best practices in recruiting and candidate selectionProficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookFamiliarity with HRIS systems, such as Workday, preferredAbility to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with business leaders and cross-functional partnersResults-oriented approach, with the ability to manage and execute both short- and long-term recruiting priorities using sound judgmentStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently to identify gaps and apply practical solutions in ambiguous situationsDemonstrated ability to support change initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams to meet evolving business needsPAY TRANSPARENCYPay range is $63,000.00–$87,000.00 depending on skill level, experience and/or education. Compensation offered is also subject to local wage and hour laws.WHO WE AREChipotle Mexican Grill, Inc.
