As part of our infrastructure team, you’ll help design, build, and maintain resilient systems and services that power daily operations. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse technology stack, solve complex challenges, and continually grow your cloud, automation, and systems expertise. If you enjoy fast‑moving environments, modern DevSecOps practices, and meaningful technical impact, this is the place for you.Responsibilities:Core DutiesBuild and manage AWS infrastructure across multi‑account, multi‑environment landing zones, including systems management and solution designInstall, configure, deploy, and maintain servers, software, and supporting servicesMonitor system performance, investigate anomalies, and resolve issues proactivelyMaintain high levels of security and efficiency across all IT infrastructureCollaborate within a SAFe Agile delivery model alongside application, data, and security teamsAdditional ResponsibilitiesSupport IaaS, IaC, networking components, and firewall managementPerform upgrades, IAVA patching, and ensure STIG complianceMaintain systems in alignment with contract and performance requirementsTroubleshoot outages and implement long‑term corrective actionsManage and optimize AWS cloud resourcesEnforce security best practices through access controls, backups, and firewallsDevelop and maintain internal documentation, technical manuals, and policy artifactsContribute to multi‑region disaster recovery strategies, including backup, failover, and resilienceQualifications:Required: An active DoD Secret Clearance5+ years of relevant professional experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceSecurity+ certificationProven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar technical roleStrong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with peers and leadershipHands‑on experience with servers, LAN/WAN networks, and patch management in virtual or cloud environmentsAbility to understand, refine, and document technical solution requirementsSelf‑driven with the ability to work independentlyExpertise with Windows and Linux operating systemsProduction Kubernetes / EKS and containerization experience (Docker/containerd, image building)Active Directory and identity federation integration experienceDesired:Familiarity with GIT, Jenkins CI/CD, Terraform, DockerExperience with STIG compliance and security patchingKnowledge of AWS environments and core cloud servicesScripting and automation experience (Shell, Perl, PowerShell)Strong Terraform knowledge (modules, state management, reusable IaC) and Ansible experienceObservability and logging platform experience (Splunk, CloudWatch)-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
